Information For Dealers (Q&A)

HOW DO I MAKE EARLY SETTLEMENT?

Step 1

Fill in an Early Settlement Request Form. Kindly indicate the following:

1. Dealer name & Stamp
2. Date of request
3. Vehicle Number
4. Customer's Name and IC
5. Date of intended settlement (If no date is indicated, FCC will quote based on the due date of the customer in the following month)

Step 2

Fax the form to FCC @ 07-2211775 OR email the form to contactus@fccredit.my

Step 3

FCC staff will fax the form back to you indicating the following information:

1. Early settlement amount
2. Due date (Date by which payment needs to be made before the amount is no longer valid)

Step 4

• Cheque or Cash Payment
  

  Please fill in an "Early Settlement Collection Slip" and submit payment at the counter at FCC

• For Direct Debit
  

  Fax the deposit slip together with an "Early Settlement Collection Slip" to FCC

• If payment is made after the due date:
  

  FCC will fax the "Early Settlement Collection Slip" back to you, indicating the shortfall. Please use this form to make payment at the counter or fax back to FCC with the deposit slip attached.

Step 5

FCC will discharge the vehicle and return registration card within 7 working days.
