HOW DO I RENEW ROAD TAX?

Step 1

Fill in the form "ROAD TAX RENEWAL - REGISTRATION CARD REQUEST FORM"
Please fill in the following:

1. Indicate if you would like
2. Collect the registration card over the counter
3. FCC to renew road tax for you
4. Date of collection/Any other instructions
5. Date of your request
6. Name of the requestor
7. Vehicle Number
8. Last payment date of customer

Step 2

• For collection at the counter
  Fax the form to FCC @ 07-2211775 OR email the form to contactus@fccredit.my
• For FCC to renew your road tax
  Fax the form and insurance renewal slip to FCC @ 07-2211775 OR email the form to contactus@fccredit.my

Step 3

FCC staff will fill in the column "For FCC Use Only" which will indicate the following:

1. OK/NOT OK (If the customer has any outstanding payments - months in arrears allowed will be at the discretion of FCC)
2. If there is any amounts outstanding, FCC will fill in the amount to be paid in the "Payment Amt" column

FCC will fax the Road tax renewal form back to you.

Step 4

• For collection at the counter
  

  Present the Request form at the counter of FCC office to retrieve the registration card. If there are any amounts outstanding, please fill in a separate Collection Slip together with the payment and pay at the counter. Please note: To ensure the smooth collection of registration card, please ensure you have:

  1. Faxed back copy of the road tax renewal form from FCC
  2. Full payment stated on the road tax renewal form (if any)
• For FCC to renew your road tax (Please note that there is a $14 charge)
  If the customer has any amount outstanding, please arrange for payment as soon as possible. Fax a copy of the direct debit bank slip together with the "Road tax renewal - Registration card request form"; attention "Collections".

Step 5

• For collection at the counter
  Please return the road tax within 2 weeks of the request.
• For FCC to renew your road tax
  FCC will renew your road tax and return the renewed road tax to you within 3 working days.
