RE-SUBMITTING RETURNED AGREEMENTS

Step 1

Make changes as indicated on the "Agreement Return Form"

Step 2

Re-submit the agreement to FCC with the following:

1. Agreement Return Form
2. New Agreement Submission Slip (Please do not submit new agreements using the same Agreement Submission Slip)

* If you have already made payment for CCP and Agreement Fees, please quote your receipt number on the Agreement Submission Slip
